For safety and legal reasons, TT Storage does not accept the following items in storage, pickup or delivery:

• Illegal items
• Dangerous products
• Weapons
• Flammable materials
• Perishable goods
• Cash
• Jewelry
• Passports
• High-value items

Customers are responsible for providing accurate luggage information, ensuring no prohibited items are stored, and keeping personal valuables on their person at all times.

TT Storage is not liable for undeclared valuables, prohibited contents, force majeure events, or delays outside our operational control.

Pickup and delivery times are approximate and may vary based on traffic, ongoing operations and the accessibility of the location requested.

Customers must respect the storage duration selected at booking. Additional fees may apply for late retrieval. Long-term storage requires confirmation.

TT Storage applies secure handling procedures and monitored storage spaces. Every bag is tagged and tracked from pickup to retrieval.

Airport transfer timing depends on traffic, airport conditions and pickup coordination. We recommend allowing comfortable buffer time before flights.

TT Storage reserves the right to refuse suspicious luggage, prohibited items or any request that compromises safety.
